1800y.com - LeapFish values it at USD 4000+???

Just bought 1800Y.com. Leap fish values it at 4000 USD +. I am not that sure. What do you think?

 

I read that leapfish when it started, was good in estimating, now it is no longer a good one. I have tried it, and found estimates at times far fetched. Days back, I have come across another domain appraisal tool.

Google, estibot, you will get the site for doing your job.

A domain name is only worth as much as a buyer is willing to pay for it. the name doesn't particularly jump out at me, but with development, good content and concept, it could resell.

 

I think you should try it out on www.estibot.com
It gives a valuation of $30 which is about right for the domain if it is undeveloped.

Also own 1800n.com. Estibot values that @ 240 USD. I wonder how come 1800Y.com is valued at 30 and 1800N.com is valued at 8 times the price.
