Agreeing with the general consensus that manual SEO over the use of any software will benefit your site more.
Well my opinion is when we using softwares that is not updated, it having some features but not the same as we are looking for !!! Better hire seo professionals to do search engine optimizaiton for your website, see this softwares helps us to find out the back links n so on things but the actual seo can do only professionals live peoples.....!!! Most of the people recommends IBP and some of them not recommending....I have bad experiece with SEO elite too....so I must say softwares are not upto date......!!! regards, Website Designer
I use Roboform, the best form filler, the paid version did great and quick work for me, and i think ibp 9 is very expensive.
I would recommend the use of IBP 9.0 because it is designed for the beginner. It has all the basic tools that you will need to do your site and it will show you where your weakness in design / SEO is. Although I do not use most of the features, the Top 10 compairson report in invaluable. It compairs your page to your top 10 competitor's pages for the keyword. For the beginner, this is the best teaching tool around and if followed, will give you great white hat results. Catanich Internet Marketing Dallas Texas ( TX )
This free for life version of Web CEO search engine optimization software that you can download from the banner on my site is a great way to promote, optimize, analyze and maintain your web site with free online video training & certification.
Agree with the above, learn how to do SEO as natural, especially on site optimization. I do use IBP to double check though, definitely the best available just because the method of analysis is logical, look at the top ten and compare yourself, non of the rest follow this, they try to imply that they know what the google algo actually is!
Onsite optimisation for example will be a lot easier if you knew what you were missing. i use ibp for this as it analyses the top content from other sites and gives recommendations based on what the top 10 sites do. i dont know any software that does the actual changes for you. bit of a nonsense comment really.
I hope the times when people thought that software would make their page â„–1 had gone. And now we all know that human brains are the tool for SEO. Of course one can do everything manually (saying "everything" I actually mean monitoring of the changes and reports creating). But just imagine how much time do you need to check rankings and backlinks if you have 10 sites with 30 main keywords! Creating ranking reports for all your pages and keywords manually is just unpractical waste of your time. I am sure you can find more rational use of the time you'll free using software for progress monitoring and reports creation. For example you can read and write more at DP But to use this scheme you should find SEO software that will correspond with your requirement. So to find it you need to try all software possible I tried SEO Elite, WebPosition, SEO Suite 8, WebCEO and IBP. The one I settled on is WebCEO. I use it for a long time and like its reports very much. So basing on my personal experience I can advise you to start with WebCEO free edition download . Good luck to you!
Manual SEO tools are better, but if you are looking at a software suite then i would recommend SEO Elite.
dont' focus as much on tools i fell into this trap as well when i first began. The best thing to start with is creating good unique content that is keyword rich. Then do some regular optimization then begin backlink building with solid anchor text then you will begin to see results. good luck!
Your going to be screwed in the long term if the only way you do link building now is with software. The best SEO or link building rather is done by hand. For reporting, software is key. When I think of SEO software I guess I think seo tools. Because good seo can't be done soley alone with software. My favorite seo tools are Google Trends, Google Webmaster Tools, HitsLink.com & Web Position 4 for monthly stats on our where we are positioned in the SE's with our rankings. There comes a point when you don't need a tool to tell if your page has too many keywords on it or if its missing important on-site elements.
Can not agree more. Some SEO tools can easily be replaced by common sense. But there as well comes a point when you really NEED a tool to check ranking and backlinks.
The best software on the planet is human mind. Do not trust softwares as they give inaccurate results. Although for help purposes you can use them like the roboform you mentioned but do not use any software for getting accurate results. I do manually all the seo process.
the only seo software I use is ranktracker...and I use that to keep track of my rankings over time....IBP is outdated and is not worth my money..
