I had a problem with a website that ships computer product, a very popular corp... I bought the expensive laptop model and they sent me one of the cheap models missing certain Hifi features.. I filed a small claims and won the case, actually got it settled. I dont want to metion their name, but www.legalwebmd.com did the paperwork. I got a call from them wanting to settle.
I've been there with them on this. Only I had let my daughter use my PP account and her credit card. They halted my account. I called and talked with them, faxed all the documents they needed. It took some time but finally received an e-mail that all was well with my account. Always log in your self, never go from an e-mail link to any site that deals with money transactions.
