In a nutshell people can buy reviews on your blog via ReviewMe. You'll only get accepted into ReviewMe if you have an established blog with decent content, traffic and PageRank. Your site is listed in a directory that advertisers have access to - if they like the look of your blog they might ask you to write about them. Payment rates depend on your blog stats. You get paid by PayPal a month in arrears.

    Actually, that's in SponsoredReviews.com

In ReviewMe, offers will be visible to you only when offers match your blogs category and tags. You get 50% of what the advertise pays. Payout ranges from $5-$50 per review.

The ReviewMe offers I am seeing confuse me. When I signed up, their system told me that I would be paid $60 per blog post -- but all of the offers I am receiving are for $5.
