from you statements ,It is clear that either your site was rejected by aviva/alive or you have been affected by them I promise you that there is no way to find out link juice is devalued
Nothing in this game is easy but if you are prepared to take the heat, who knows.........it might just pay off.
Can you prove your accusation? If you can't prove -- then go to your master and ask him to show ya proof. If he can't supply you proofs -- we don't wanna see your pointless posts here. One has to have substantiative proof before bringing allegations against stalwarts like Aviva and Alive. Those who brings in false allegations are no more normal --they are ------------u guess it Most probably I know where you are coming from-- Your master writes SPAMMY blogposts -to impress people like you-without providing substatiative proofs. Check my Blog-Feed -- I have answered him --point by point with authoritative proofs.
Google was supposed to be filtering out article submission link juice but I still see good results from this, and same for directories. It depends what stage your website is at, and I'm not speaking any further
"padding yoru post count with useless posts." <- Another Red Rep, whatever that means. I don't really know why it is a useless post, I'm talking about the one sideeffect of directories (And its a community, we are supposed to talk). Whatever, If you don't understand how taking all sites that pay the fee will effect your directory, then frankly you do not understand how Google works.
<- LOL, what are you a paid endorser of AVIVA and ALIVE? Your master writes SPAMMY blogposts -to impress people like you-without providing substatiative proofs. Check my Blog-Feed -- I have answered him --point by point with authoritative proofs. <- SURE Buddy whatever you say.
1. Are you kidding? 2. Yes there is, Look at anybody who links to a spammy link network and see if their rankings will increase. LOOK PEOPLE! I'm not against directories, I like them (in fact I own a few). But Directories do have down sides that most people just ignore because their paypal balance increases. Directories that actually have editorial integrity, like (BOTW.org <- My Mind the best paid directory) has the best rankings in Google.
I am not a paid endorser -- just a soldier of the industry. And they are my leaders. Why are you spamming this thread? Do you own any directory? Do you want to get listed on a directory? Either proof --or stop spamming --your spam sites in your signatures.
Here we go again another Thread that is useless the OP was useless and irrelevant There are some good posts in here to reply to the useless OP, then it just went down the tubes Why don't we all contact the Mods to close this Thread We have positive business to take care of and most of us are members of this forum who do not want to waste time reading this crap
Yep just more trolling, jhnrang when you get angry you are giving this guy exactly what he wants. There are jealous folks in every successful industry, they see the real players making money and they aren't so they get bitter and make silly useless posts. I would say directories always had and will have some importance. and even then we might not know the whole story. But you have to believe with what has been said so far that they will be discounting other paid links long before discounting directory links. And even if they devalue directory links at some time in the distant future they will still remain a very low-cost way of link building.
Awareness dont you own submitedge.com? If you do directory submissons then dont you know? Its beyond me why this thread was ever made... thx malcolm
My experience also. I work with the new directories as they are launched (zero PR no PR) and have no problem getting rankings I took a look through Alive a couple of months ago. It was on a short list of Respected Directories on another forum I use. But I kept stumbling across what I call Informational web sites and not the sort of content I would expect to find in an authority site. We are all here to sell links and every directory master will have different criteria but to get back to the same old question, how do we determine what is quality and what is not? Whether we recognise it or not we participate in an industry and each and everyone of us has a vested interest in keeping it on an even keel. How did PR get so bent out of shape? Who is responsible? Why did Google introduce the snitch button? What are they doing and why? These are questions we should be thinking long and hard about.
Well to be honest im going to just let google do the judging... my criteria before i submit to any directory is actually simple.. 1. Number of backlinks the directory has 2. cache date of catagory im submitting to 3. Alexa Rank of directory 4. Trusted owner thats what i myself look for as i want my link indexed within a couple weeks and make sure it stays thier... thx malcolm
