Do you Move or Reject or mail?

If you receive a submission in in-appropriate category...

Do you move the listing ?

OR

Do you reject and refund the funds ?

OR

Mail the owner of the situation and then take necessary actions ?

move it then sometimes I will do a followup email letting tem know

 

If regular submission,
I will simply move it to appropriate category.

If featured, I will move and then send a mail explaining the situation.

At the end, its either a refund or a listing in proper category.

 

All three, depending. I'll move it if the submission is otherwise okay, reject if there are other things out of order, and if I accept the listing the email includes which category the site is listed in, so there's no confusion.

 

Typically I move. If at my new dir - www.directories.bz - under the Premium Category I'll e-mail the submitter also, as I have very very very very strict rules there.

 

Same here and many times load up the Deep Review fields too

 

I too move it..
As i have said in my about page too, if the link is submitted to inappropriate category, i reserve the right to move the listing to the correct category.
