Footer link removal in free directory templates - a small rant :)

How do they response when they are told to put the sponsor links back?

I didnt say a word...

But i can tell ya that i just recently did sponcer a free template
for directories and will probably have to baby sit it and watch that
mine dont get removed

haha, well there will always be QBC members who will remove the links , but fortunately those are not the majority, by the way malcolm do you have a way to track your template?.

oh, and this guy saying that he dont know how to remove the sponsor links really gave me some ideas , since most of the QBC Candidates are noobs or at least not very skilled, am working on some complex CSS and design tricks (if they remove the sponsor links something in the design gets screwed up) to force them keep the sponsor ads, i'll post the result of my work when am Done!

I can't believe this. Someone bought a sitewide text link (via text link ads-auto approve)from my directory and he is using one of my free templates without the footer designer and sponsor links!
