Link Building Team Needed...Some tips?

    Hi,

I know it's been ages since I've posted anything here, but I've kinda fallen off the forums circuit lately.

I need to put together a link building team to go after links for about 7 sites. I have the process all mapped out, the worksheets all finished, pretty much all I need for the team to do is follow the process, and send out requests. (Requests are also written by me.)

Does anyone have any tips for finding good link builders? Where do I look? What do I look for?

You could list this as a project on RentAcoder Scriptlance etc. You will probably receive nice feedback.

Post a project on Getafreelancer.com and you will receive quality bids, btw what sort of budget do you have for the link building campaign.

We had an Indian team that was working for us for $1,000 per month. (Two people at $500)

Ideally, I'd like to keep that budget, but at this point, I might be willing to go a little higher to get the quality we are looking for.

I disagree. I don't want to do a deal on digitalpoint. I just want to know where to look, as well as some tips for finding a team.

You might want to try oDesk or Guru.com. I've had success with the latter.

This sounds like a link request in the form of emails. Personally, I cannot see something like this working too great in your favour if this is your proposed method of link building.

Most people tend to delete such emails even before they are read.

I had a 3+ years of exp in one-way link building. We manually find out web sites similar to yours, theme-wise (Category). We visit these sites to check their quality, write to them offering and requesting Link.

Listed below are some of the important Quality guidelines

    Only Incoming (non-reciprocal) links.
Links with specified Keywords in the Anchor Text.
Sufficient randomization in the anchor text and associated link description text so as to not have a set pattern of linking.
Link to your site should not be through a redirect script.
    No JavaScript links.
    No framed sites.
    No flash site links.
    No robots.txt exclusions.
    Exclusion in Robots Tag.
    No paid links.
    Links from Pre-indexed Pages only.
Spread your site link across different domains.
No SPAM should be used to solicit links.
    No links from Link Farms.
    No FFA networks.
Don't get links from Blogs and that have the Link Attribute , "rel=nofollow".
No links from PORN, racially prejudiced sites and other sites containing offensive content.

    Hello grnidone,

I would like to know why you have dropped the Indian team? Is it because they did not deliver or are they busy with something else? Is this proposal for one way links or 3 way? We ( www.submitinme.com ) have been doing the link campaigns for 4 years and stopped it after the jagger update. Getting a one way link is like getting blood out of stone nowadays. We are doing a custom link building for a client by which we research the back links of competition for the given keywords and send out individual link requests to them or fill out any associated form.

The point is we are paid for the number of requests and not for the number of links obtained. However there is a bonus for the links obtained. PM me if you are interested so that I can give you a detailed description on how it works. If you have any other custom link building ideas we will be happy to give a try..

    Thank You

You seem to have done such a lot of the groundwork, is it really worth paying out over $1,000 per month for someone just to carry it out?
