PR5 - DMOZ Listed - Comedy Site - 2 and a Half Years Old

    I'm reluctantly putting my rant site Drunken Hero.com up for sale as I just don't have the time to take care of it. Nowadays I mainly use it leverage link authority onto my new sites. Every site I link to these days ends up with a PR4.

    This site's ideal for someone who likes ranting about inane things in the world. It's pretty easy to get posts ranking even for mildly competitive keyphrases.

    It was down for the last few months because of server/hosting and template problems. Just before this I installed a forum which seriously diluted the sites link authority reducing the amount of search engine hits drastically. Since I've removed the forums traffic is beginning to resurge. It currently gets about 100-150 uniques a day. This is certain to increase if you post semi-regularly and add a bit of SEO into the mix!

    The site currently earns no revenue but I haven't really experimented with many streams.

    Yes but surely if the new owner keeps the same content (or even adds more) it shouldn't matter? I don't see why it would be a problem.

    Hi axlarry,

    Thanks for pointing the banners.php error out, it's now fixed.

    The footer links can be removed. I'm not overly keen on reducing the BIN that much as the site's a solid PR5 with a lot of decent content and the potential's there to create new posts that'll rank high for popular keywords due to this and the domains age (3 years in November).
