    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH :p

    5200 RPM :)

Dood I LOVE the car man! The other day I was leaving a tim hortons was at a set of lights. Turning left on to a 2 lane high way.

a 98 BMW was behind me at the light and when I took off nice and slowly the dood was right on my ass reving his engine so I figured what the hell.

Even though I have been babying this car I decided to see whats its got.

I shifted pretty close to 7,000 every shift and I have to say I didnt kill the Beemer and leave it in the dust BUT he never passed me.

Everytime his front end would start to creep up on mine the VTEC would kick in and I'd dip forward a little more :p was very interesting and fun indeed :)

I was looking at the RPM the entire time but the chick I was with when not staring at the BMW next to us was looking at the spedo and I think she said we were doing around 180km / hour or so lol.

    Bottom line.

    I LOVE MY PRELUDE :)

No mods yet but next summer Ill get 18" rims and Z rated rubber along with a cold air intake.

I have to admit. I even enjoy Vista being as there is a core duo 2 processor and 2 gigs of RAM :)

Everything seems to be working very well.

I put linux on it already and plan on installing XP to another partition as well.

It will be a triple boot laptop :p

I'm typing on my Sony Vaio. The screen has the blackest black i've ever seen. Brilliant for watching DVD's on when i'm away from home with Work.

dood I have to agree 100% !!! Looking at this screen is like looking at an lcd tv! It seems that there is even a plastic protection over the screen itself. :)

    Damn straight mate!

HAHAHAHAHA I got rid of norton and ALL other BS software crap that came preloaded.

I'm even going to mount the hiden partition and burn it to a dual layer DVD :p The laptop has a dual layer dvd burner on it.

That way I get the 6 gigs that the restore partion takes up BACK!

My Mum has one of these :p I've got a FS series vaio for myself, both are very good but hers is so much better. Like you say, the focal point is definately the screen. Mine has an x-black LCD, whatever that is.

I'm glad to hear you loved it :) I love this one for sure!

The screen KICKS ASS :) soooo bright and as mentioned before I too have never seen black look soooooo black!

Yep you WONT be making a mistake if you buy one man!

hahahah I know man I wish Sony werent sooooo greeeedy that they had to take a bunch of companies money to load all that crap on. If only they would have released their laptops without ANY extras except for software from themselves of course!
