I love to create sites with garbage content. It is my choice. It is google's choice that they want to come index it. It is also their choice to ban it. IT IS GOOGLE'S CHOICE. Google DOES NOT equal to LAW. Therefore, having a site with auto generated/garbage content is NOT ILLEGAL. (Google doesn't make the law) I joined the program since Feb 2007. I am now average only about $20 ~ $30 per day, but I only spend about 5 hours each week on the program. It is not bad at all. FYI, I ping the sites, I create blogs and I post links only on my own blogs. This is the only promotions I do. Am I consider a spammer? I don't think so. From google's point of view, I am a spammer, but from my point of view, google is the spammer for spamming their googlebot on my blog
azizny - FYI, if you really care about what's legal and illegal, think twice before you continue with your proxy service. How many people are using proxy to do illegal hacking and downloading? We all know the answer. Isn't having a "proxy directory" an indirect way of supporting "illegal activities" ?

I bought the domain, I paid for the webhosting, I set up the website, I have the right to put whatever the hell I want on it as long as I am not breaking the "law" and no, I am not putting porn, I am not putting up warez, not putting up mp3 or movies for people to download. I am not breaking any of those laws. Find me the official rules that says "One should not put garbage content on his/her own website" There are thousands and thousands of blogs written by people about their personal stuff range from their computer problems to what kind underwear they are wearing today. Most of those contents are pretty garbage to me

What's with you guys bashing each other like that? You can see it's black hat and google will ban it eventually so don't use adsense on it. Google can still ban your sites from the SERPs so it's up to you. If you're intersted PM the guy; if not, move on.
Waffleguy - You'll be really surprised how many people go through proxy to do hardcore hacking and download child porn. I know proxy makes money, but for this reason I never set up a proxy site myself. Simply because I don't support it. Also a lot of people in China use proxy because their school and government block a lot of foreign country sites, as for traffic coming from those countries, they are consider junk traffic, simply because traffic from those countries that click on the ads don't convert for the adword merchants. As for this program, it delivers the targetted traffic to targetted customer within the right geographic area. (I guess you'll never know unless you join the program) Here is a question - Who is stealing google's money? DP is a webmaster forum, not "white hat only" webmaster forum. If you don't like this program/technique, like gazu said, move on.
You can't buy .info domains for 88 cents anymore. The cheapest I've found is 99 cents plus ICANN fee. If anyone knows where I can get 88 cent .info domains, I'm interested.

They are 99 cents at dotster (no icann fees), and mydomains.com has them for 89 cents a piece. There are still a few places to get inexpensive .info's.
Well, the main point myself and my clients are trying to drive home is the fact that nothing we do is illegal in any sense of the word. You use the software to drive traffic to your sites. This has nothing to do with adsense or their TOS. You don't place ads on auto generated pages with our software, so once again you seem to be misinformed. I would rather you ask questions and read before trying to spread misinformation about a product you know nothing about.
not relevant... what you want doesn't matter. this is about the illegal theft of advertiser money, period. we are talking about breaking the legally binding contract that you signed with google. when you rip off the advertisers, you are depleting their ad budgets, so that money can't go to honest publishers who are trying to earn it the hard way.

Are you serious? How does this hurt advertisers in any way? If you had read, or watched our demo video you would understand how the software works. We don't use any bots, we don't use any fake clicking methods. We simply build pages specifically for teh search engines that rank well for common search terms. You then use ip based cloaking to send the resulting traffic wherever you want. We deliver HIGHLY targeted traffic that converts directly to affiliate programs or adsense pages. It's no different than the traffic you get to your blog or sites from google, yahoo, and msn. In fact it's all FROM google, msn, yahoo, etc. Again, please read before jumping to false conclusions. This is why I don't post here often. The general lack of knowledge and understanding is frustrating.
