Hi, We are going to find all MFA sites in Wezp and remove them. But I wonder if there are some "text" which MFA owners used. Have you any experience about this? Looking for your advice. Regards.
Concur with your attempt, but not heard of specific 'text' they use could be interesting to follow this thread. and hopefully learn some more 'text' info
Nope, MFA site can make legit submits with tweaked submission details.. Now aware of any such text However, you could search for a few words that you might consider unhealthy.. Personally in my dirs you will not find the word viagra
How do you spot an MFA site? Whats the sign a site is MFA? How can you be sure? Too many questions? I hope not
I have removed any sites which related to viagra-gambling-pharmacy or any porn sites. But finding MFA sites is very hard ps: websites which provide information about something and Not updated regularly it is MFA sites for me. And also you can understand it is MFA or not when you see the site
"And also you can understand it is MFA or not when you see the site"... You mean its loads of text and little else with adsense ads all over the place?
Yes you can really find some MFA websites I have a script that finds out MFA sites and rejects them accordingly at time of submission itself -www.innermobiles.com Here is simple way! index the first page of the site index.html and take out all the urls and get all the urls of that page and compare it with this a=list of urls b="http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js" (This excludes search box) search for b in a , and store it in c if c is greater than 4 then the site is surely a MFA site This is the one I use it in my directory www.innermobiles.com to reject MFA sites even though they have content they have more ads which will make a site very poor .
I know my directories have a few MFA sites and they will be staying. To me there's 2 kinds of MFA sites; ones with content that is helpful and has value and ones that have only enough content to get the type of ads they want. Sites of the second type have no place on my directories. Sites of the first type are evaluated individually and may or may not be accepted. As to using the idea that a 'not regularly updated' site = MFA; I would say that all depends on the topic and the site. I can tell you that I will typically discount a directory as MFA if there are any listings including the word Viagra or any of the other commonly questionable knock-off products being sold.
Yes it is. You missunderstood meI wanted to describe MFA sites But of course it is not exact criter. As I said you can see if it is MFa or not when you see the homepage of the site.
Hello... I always thought that the url submitted (is one way of knowing) and taking action in elimanating MFAs.. http://shalee.mydollarshop.com/shop.php?r=RR http://shalee.mydollarshop.com/shop.php?r=RR http://chamcdo1.mydollarshop.com/shop.php?r=RR http://chamcdo1.mydollarshop.com/shop.php?r=RR In a way these are MFA ( I belive) as they all carry the same templates and info... thx malcolm
a MFA was a website made specifically to make money from adsense. it has little content except a few images, links and keywords which determine which ads are shown. its not a quality site like DP with extra ads to earn revenue, its a spammy low quality site made only for adsense earnings...
Na just kidding Personally i feel that it would be very difficult to pinpoint MFA' type of text. I too have a few and the submission details can beat the best ones. Individual scrutinity would be required for indentifing them all and i agree with you that one would not require to go beyond the homepage.
Well, as other said, there is no way to find such sites be searching for some text but I can give you some starting point Search for " Myspace, Medicine, Lingerie, Adult, Cosmetic, Casino" If that helps, do give feedback
