This is all about the limitations of statistics - start worrying about this when you get at least 500 visitors a day (preferably more). I do think you will probably have to optimize your ads a bit more, but you can't properly test that until you have more visitors, so don't sweat it for now. In fact, I'd advise you to take your adsense ads off the site right now.

You need to focus on getting good content going - I don't understand how you got 150 visitors seeing that there is absolutely no content there that's publicly accessible.

Nothing wrong, sometimes 1 click per 1000 impressions. It depends on how attractive your website and design as well as the content.

I wonder the same thing

If you don't mind I can give simple tips to improve your Click rate.

    * Use this combination for upper and bottom 728*90
    Back ground and Border =white
Link color = Blue (very effective)
Url and text = very light color

    * Move Make Donation Button to Bottom.
    * Add 728*90 Link Unit below to user navigation bar.

1 click per 200-300 impressions is pretty normal.

This is just one of those things that happens. It's better to not worry about stats and earnings until you're generating some significant traffic. I've had some pages go through a 500 visit click-drought.
