Does google consider erotic stories to be pornography?

I noticed that it is against adsense TOS to put it on a site with pornography. I have a site which has erotic stories only, no pictures or video. All of the stories are written by me.

    Is text considered porn?

Just for clarification, these stories are almost like short romance novels with a few graphic parts. They are not pure erotica.

I'm thinking I might go with another advertiser for my site.

It is better to stay on the safer side , google possibly has some language filters and they will raise the red flags.

The best way is Email Google and ask them. They will tell your site is OK or not.

Google doesn't allow any kind of "mature" content.
Sometimes this can even include girls in bikini, so imagine without it. ;)

Dude the phrase is anything that could be "considered" as adult or mature, so it's down to the individual or algo that Considers your website, it's a feed of Chutney, but we are all slaves to the mighty Google God Save US!!!!

I did not take the chance with Adsense. I use one that is specialized for adult sites. I got 1 naughty blog with funny adult toons. :p I don't have hardcore pictures/videos. I guest it's one step above you.

Google is funny because they allow adult site companies in Adwords.

Sorry to ask, I am new, but I have a blog that shows women in lingerie and bikini, like so many other famous sites and blogs, all of them displaying these pictures.
I don't understant why you say sometimes. I think it only applies to naked people.

The Policies do not deal specifically with Pornography but rather any content that is considered Adult or Mature.
