    PR is a way of measuring the importance of a page in the eyes of the Googlebot. If your PR on you page is higher then it will be crawled more often.

    Submitting to search engines is pointless. Give me a couple good inbound links and my site will be ranked in all the search engines that have any market share.

    to get high PR needs to submit urls on directories, link exchange with relevant topic websites....and change website content oftenly...your website will be noticeable by search engines and you will have definitely good PR....!!!
