I was just going to comment and say the same thing. It's exactly like flipping a house. If the ROI is there why not?
Did you wait atleast 24 hours? I'm assuming he really does buy them 'cause I found the site from an adsense ad!
I found it the same way a couple months back. Maybe there was an error submitting. I should submit it again .
Well.. there are real-estate company's that purchases crappy houses, yet turn them around to make a nice profit. It's probably what he's doing.
I'm sure he isn't going to purchase very many of the submitted sites, nor will he reply back to you unless he actually finds something that sparks his interest. He's in it for the ROI..
Hmmm.... okay, it's been over 24 hours and no response Yes I'm assuming he'll be "picky" from who he choses
Yes definitely. But it was just a bit deceiving because the site gave the impression that he would accept any ugly site
I get what you mean. I think the ugly house buyers give the same impression as well. I'm sure they have some pretty strict criteria, but giving that impression surely brings in lots of potential clients.
The guy had an original idea and I am sure he is making some good $ as a result of it, as long as a site gets hits how much does it really take to make it look decent? Kind of a blatant ripoff of the webuyuglyhouses but if it works it works.
