Well u can try : http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=418368 it was out of my league .

Its hard to do 301 permanent redirect to newer pages, and i do not see any problem with 301 redirect to your main website. But than again its a risky situation, if you want you can try it, i am trying it, lets see what happens.
