Very old and stupid technique, i might say. You WILL get banned, because like it or not, Google isn't playing high school games. They can track where your visitors come from, and they could crawl that page and see that the page asks them to click on the ads. The only matter here is the time it will take you to get banned.
MFA sites are eating the budget of adwords advertisers, such sites should be banned before they do damage to the reputation of Google. Someone better report that site "www.ashikar.com" & "http://two.xthost.info/biotech/" to google...
ummm...not even close. its just pure fraud asking someone to click on links. Black hat is completely fine to engage in with adsense....black hat is IMO defined as gaming the the organic search results to make your sites show up at the top of google searches without necessarily being the most relevant sites for that topic. and people need to read up on the definition of arbitrage. the example in this thread has nothing to do with arbitrage....which is still alive and kicking. there are some huge arbitrage sites doing $xxx,xxx a month with adsense and google is fine with them. as long as the surfer actively uses the sites that they click on the links for, everyone is happy, even if the original traffic source is paid.
Man, this is DP. We don't steal, scam or do anything illegal. When you do steal, scam or something illegal your not welcome here. (I think I'm right at that point?) As some ppl already said: you are stealing from adwords users.
