    Maybe it was left by some former tenant of the building that wanted to do a good deed for their neighbors. It doesn't seem random since it was given to people inside just one building.

    Ya but this is not the first time it happens in Japan.
    Some people have been finding money in public toilets.
    Don't know I find it a bit creepy.. What does this man leaving the money want? :confused:
