Marketing my image hosting

Hello, i run a free image hosting service where you dont need to registerd to upload images, and i wonder what would be the best way marketing it ? currenly im trying to ad as much as possible to digg & stumble and advertise a little here and there. i started it last month and in this month it has had a minimum of 200 uniqe visitors each day and maximum 1500 with a total of 6293 uniqe visitors this month and 97682 hits and 22329 pages, it's gona from alexa rank 5.234.123 to 1.302.981

i wonder, is this a good month and am i going in the right direktion or am i totaly off course?

You can greatly promote it on forums.
Just join some big forum communities and upload some cool pics.

Anyhting related to pciture galleries. You can team up with some free image gallery software to promote them, you can also create partnerships with photo blogs.

Can I ask you Does it worth to maintain free image hosting service. Do you think you can earn enough money from ads to support it?

For example add a proxy, blog, and a forum. i have been experimenting with this setup and since my image site gets its traffic from myspace these extra features are geared toward myspace. You may see it as spreading your self thin but it is an option to think about. This would help retain visitors, gain news ones, increase the average viewing time and also provide more targeted ads on the blog and forum.
