    well i have 200 dollars to spend i'm looking for a site that might be able to pay off that 200 dollars i spent within 30 days. i'm going into jobcorp here very soon so i'm looking for a site that will bring me in a little bit of money to pay off my debt.

    You'll never find this. Sites are sold mostly for around 9 times the revenue per month.

    no site making $200 a month will sell for $200

    I agree, if you want to gain a site making $200 a month you need to $2000 for the site.
