i think that you should use phpld bid script as all the previous mods for phpld works with this script so it makes it much easier and gives you many options.

phplb while is a good script, does not have that easy admin panel and definately doesnot have that many mods.

there is nothing wrong with the admin panel. It does everything you need.

As for the mods, there is the deep links mod, and i have made a bunch of mods myself for zorg links. I think i have almost finished modding the script to include everything it needs, other than what is included in the next update due out soon, like mass mailer, sub categories.

well it is a new script and needs more updating ... but phpld admin have already too many functions which phplb current version does not.

you made the mods for yourself, i am talking about commercial / free mods.

Ok, what mods does phpLB need? Tell me some good ones and i will release them for the public.

of course, phpld is a bigger script, hence the more in depth admin panel:)

Ok i got it sorted. Basically, you hire around 100 gun men to take down every employee in google. You steal their passwords and leave them un harmed.

You set yourself to rank 1 whenever you want. Nobody gets hurt, family is not involved, and the police no nothing about an armed SERP attack. You get good traffic and due to the fright, google employees crank your PR up to 9. The PR9 brings you a lot of your favourite stuff, traffic. The traffic boosts your sales. As a result, you buy beer and flowers for all the google peeps that you scared with your black water pistols. You apologise for preventing them from working for a few hours when they were under hostage. As a treat you send in a hypnotist (cant spell) who makes them belive your other sites deserve good rankings. Your other directories own the SERPs.

Mike wakes up from fantasy land, decides that was not nice and too much beer does strange things with the mind.

    lol good one Rob :p

how about a pr listing mod which is avail. for phpld alrdy

    and how about

    multiple category

and suggest a category on submit page (lol Phoenix)

how about a coupon mod also -> which reduce the minimum bid for some people.

and i am thinking about both yearly and permanent listings so i can offer both at once.

Mikey looking forward for these releases from you :)

lol bro this script needs alot of work, so does phpld but just for a preference phpld has grown a bit more than phplb so i prefer phpld because of tht because all the above can be made available for phpld bidding directory.

Just remember phpLD has been around for many years longer. Its on version 3.2 compared with 1.2 phpLB.

What is a pr listing mod? If you mean sort listings in order of PR, why bother? Its a bidding directory so it should always be order of bids. Thats my opinion anyway.

I can code a coupon mod, give me until the end of the week. I can also code a suggest category mod.

As for sub categories, see my previous post

Sub Categories are coming in the next update, so no need to make that mod:)

Those two would be ideal! If you could come up with that they will be excellent additions to my bid directory :)
