yeey server load is reduced to 0.50 again.
man.. that support system was awesome..
some user was abusing the server with high traffic proxy site..
but all sorted now.
fast server is back in the game.
memory used is 30%
and swap memory used is 0% that is awesome.
server is working perfect.

It basically states that you yourself may offer others unmetered reseller accounts. You may do this as many times as you would like. Although it isn't recommended as you'll have to keep tabs on each of them for policy compliance.
