I'm selling this site on behalf of my client who is the owner of the site.

    Oyunmemo.com

Alexa rank: 12,267 (142 in Turkey!)
    Pagerank: 5
    Indexed pages in Google: 14,400
    Indexed pages in Yahoo: 6952
    Indexed pages in MSN: 2,272

    www.oyunmemo.com

    General:

Oyunmemo is brand in arcade sector in Turkey and has been popular for a long time now.
It's such a popular site that you don't even have to advertise it because advertising
is being done by 3rd party users (oyunmemo visitors, blog owners, forums etc.). You
can check standard features by surfing around the site.

    Traffic:

Oyunmemo gets average 100,000 unique visitors and a million pageviews daily. Most of the
traffic is from Google and the rest is from type-ins. 64% of the traffic is returning traffic every day. Huge popularity!

    Script:

The script of the site is uniquely coded. It has many features. Other than standard features,
it has a great admin panel. You can add new games and the script will take its screenshot
automatically and watermark it with oyunmemo even. It has full SEO and cache system.

Oyunmemo has a great success in Google search results. Here is a few example keywords it ranks
    at 1st position,

    oyun (game in Turkish)
    oyunlar (games in Turkish)
bedava oyun (free game in Turkish)
bedava oyunlar (free games in Turkish)

These are major keywords that are being searched tons of times daily.

    Revenue:

The site makes great revenue and still has unused potential for upcoming monetization ideas. We used
ReklamStore, AdEngage, GittiGidiyor and AdSense to try revenue potential of the site and we averaged
around $5000 monthly revenue from these 4 sponsors. Can be easily increased though.

    Costs:

The site runs on a dedicated server which costs 300 euro. There is no other cost at all.

Detailed proof of traffic and income is available for serious buyers. Ask for a PM or PM me for detailed info.

    Starting bid: $50,000
BIN: Not set, upon a reasonable offer sale can be closed immediately
Auction ends: When the reserve price met

Sorry about the mess of the site and accessing problems. After the site was put on sale on a few forums and here, it started to get DDoS attacks. The server cannot work properly currently, neither the site. We are trying to fix this issue currently and working hard on it.

nice site, hopefully current problems to it will stop. but seems like the price is a little high, if the bin was a little lower than the starting price, i may bite :) would be an ok price to start if it was traffic from a major country but since its turkey, i think its not worth as much considering i had a major turkish game site earlier :) anyway, good luck with sale, feel free to pm me if bin gets somewhat below starting price :)

Thanks. I don't think BIN price will get below starting price anyhow because the starting price was calculated with classic 'monthly revenue X 10' formula. As long as it is making money, I don't think it matters where the traffic is from. Plus there is no need for any maintenance so you do not need to know Turkish either.
