Register a small business establishment / company in your area and maintain adsense account in its name
Signup under different address. U can also register a virtual address by using the services offered by business centres in your district. Cheap and good!!
If the website/business is under another persons name, or is owned by someone else, is it possible to get adsense on the same website?
Ask that host chick on your avatar to knock on google's door asking for an adsense account for you and i'm sure someone will give her an account - lol
In theory, the website could be sold, therefore have a different owner. But you can't explain that to G. What you can do is make sure you transfer the domain to a different owner, but I can't guarantee it'll work, unfortunately.

Just signup. I had that happen a while ago. When i was a new to adsense and never read the Disclosure and terms... I got busted , but then i used a new email address and the rest was all same... Nothing happened... of course i had 2 different sites... so there was no problems... Approved now and been running since 4 years... But dont make mistakes again... Read the terms well Regards Rajeev
i don't think you can signup google adsense account on a banned site, Register a new domain, Place some content there and then apply!
