A few days ago I checked USD - Euro - Pound

    $1 USD = .74 E = .43 P

I had to buy something from UK in Ps with my USD.... that was a headache! I had to pay over twice what it cost.

    Convert USD to Canadian.
Bernanke is printing so much USD that USD fall is unavoidable. Even Chinese lost appetite for USD

"USD is going down! What to do?"

    If you do not drink!
Stock up on large bottles of Rum and whiskey; The (real $$ and barter) value will always go up never down.

Used to be great - double any dollars made in US compared to AUD. But its also good in reverse now, anything I want to buy in US is a lot cheaper, and using PPC advertising doesn't hurt as much as it used to.

I noticed Paypal were exchanging at over $2 to £1 the other day but it's slipped back to $1.97 to £1 now! Really feeling the impact in terms of adsense earnings.

    Take care

NYC. I especially notice it in food prices, like milk went from 2.99 to 4.59 in about a year. Although it also has to do with cornfeed shortage, besides dollar devaluation
Wait until all these dollars that Bernanke is printing reach customer, than we'll see real price increases. Usually takes 2-3 years before prices reflect increase in money supply. I am convertig dollars to non-dollar investments as soon as I make them. Getting crisp brand new notes every time I withdraw cash from ATM

I mustn't have seen a difference since I'm based in Canada and our dollar is growing stronger... And it's kind of worse since NYC doesn't really have farms (unlike up here) so you guys have to import food right? Lets hope there not a lot coming from Canada, as that would be pricier for you guys.

Same here. My European clients are happy because they save on exchange fees, and I am happy because I don't have to worry about converting dollars to something that holds it's value. I am not ecstatic about euro in long term, but it'll do for now, better than dollars

Paypal allows you to accept (at least) 6 major currencies.
You get charged ~3% extra to convert to USD, so...

...if you have income from Euro, BP, CD, A$, you can leave the money 'unconverted', and you are 'investing', in multiple currencies.

I don't worry about the U.S economy going down. If I declare bankruptcy, I know the Krishna Temple will always welcome me with open arms.

the USD currency keeps going down..It's been going down for sometime now. My thoughts...Convert to gold..Gold can be bought/sold in any country and the value of gold never goes down :)
