Paypal account is free to create. There is no fee to create personel or premier account.

U pay fee when u accept money in ur premier and business account, no fee for personel account.

U can have 2 paypal accounts.1 personel and other premier or business account.

The Personal account is free and does not come with any fees when sending or receiving money. However that said, the personal account as the name suggested and indicated in Paypal's FAQs, the personal account is primarily for use as a paying account, ie you are supposed to use it to make payments. You are not supposed to use the personal account for selling anything at all. You can however receive payment from friends, like perhaps the night before you went clubbing and you paid the bills for your friends and he pays you back when he is sober through paypal.

The Premier and Business accounts can be used to receive payments from sales and thus because you generally make a profit when selling things, paypal levy a small fee here.

If you use the personal account to receive payment for business, be prepared for any consequences. It is definitely not worth the while. All in all, the fees are only paid when you receive payments and there is no monthly fees to pay.

One more thing to keep in your mind that Personal accounts can receive a limited number of credit or debit card payments per year and are assessed a transaction fee. Only Premier and Business accountholders can receive unlimited credit or debit card payments.

None if they are from selling anything. You can receive unlimited number of funds transfers from friends but not more than US$300 a month or something. Not more than 5 credit card payments a year.

Well, I am not familiar with clickbank but if all transactions are done on clickbank then if all you get is the monthly income from clickbank then that should be okay since it is how some affiliates pays.

But you cannot use your personal account to sell anything.

IMHO none of the accounts is free bcoz for any good transaction you need atleast 50$ and in an unverified account you are limited to some 10-20$ only.
getting it verified is an hassle unless you have a CC.

Firstly, you can only have 1 Personal account. You are not allowed to have two according to the terms which you agreed to.

Secondly, the personal account is not for you to use for business. Because you cannot use the personal account to receive payments for any sales, they are now charging you as if it is a premier account.

You can have a personal account and a premier/business account with a name. But you will get trouble if they find out that you use 2 accounts in the same type. :)

    Paypal account has three types:
    Personal, Premier and Business Account
When you make any transactions in these accounts, you have to pay a nominal fees to PAYPAL.
