    Hello,

I recently redesigned my website, google/yahoo re indexed it fine but microsoft is not following my redirection now that i re designed my site. I know this is weired but in live cache for my domain i get this 301 error message from my server

    Moved Permanently
    The document has moved here.

my question is why is google/yahoo indexing my redesign but msn isn't?

    anyone have any idea?

    thank you

Live is weird. Can't figure it out yet!

Was better when it was pure MSN.

I 301 redirected a site around a year ago, google, yahoo quickly picked it up with good rankings. MSN never did,

...they never indexed it at all..........

Total joke of a SE, but I really don't care about the one or two hits a week I might be missing...

Maybe MSN has not crawled your site yet to discover the redirect.

    It has see here http://search.live.com/results.aspx?q=xtreemconnex.com

if click on xtreemconnex.com you get redirected to my site, but if you clicked the cached you get the this page has been redirected 301 bs

in my niche over a 1/4 of all of my traffic came from msn, thats why im eager to fix the problem

Same here. I only changed the file extension from .htm to .php and redirected old pages to the new ones. MSN indexed the new pages after about 3 months but is not ranking them. My advice is to not use redirects if you care at all about your MSN rankings.
