Have any of you used http://www.mgaweb.com/submit website submission for your sites or blog? Can anyone give me an opinion about using them? What I'm considering is the one time submission at $29 I would really like to hear some opinions before I jump in.
Don't jump! No seriously, your $29 would be better spent if you used it as toilet paper. The only results you would see from that, if anything at all, would be your site getting buried in Google's sandbox for a year.
Can you tell me why Google would bury me in the sandbox? Does Google have a policy against using paid submission sites?
Dont purchase there. it will submit your site with an automatic submission software to thousands of useless search engines. It is really not effective in my opinion.
There are less than a handful of search engines that even matter, so IF they actually do anything with this service (which I highly doubt), the most you could expect from it is that your site would get linked to by several thousand poor quality 'search engines and directories'. Sites with a lot of poor quality links like that end up in the sandbox. But like I said, it's more likely that they don't really DO anything and you'll see no result at all from the submissions.
FFA submissions should be avoided. Whenever you build links/promote a site, be patient and slowly do so. A rapid jump in backlink count or site exposure can flag you off at Google.
spot on! Just build backlinks month by month! If you get large no of backlinks within a month ,then your site may get into Google's sandbox Also another important thing is do n't submit to 1000 or more directories in first month itself just built the small no of backlinks month by month!
I heard first time about that site, it could better to pay some one that amount to do manual submission in few good number of free directories.
