I see many offers here on DP for verifying PayPal ? How does it work? Can someone who lives in a country that is not supported by paypal get a verified paypal account? Please help me understand this Thank you in advance!
Well, if you are from a country which is not supported by Paypal then whatever means you try to get an account would be done through ways which are explicitly prohibited by Paypal's terms. Most of the ways offered here in DP are not done officially and done by trying to trick Paypal system. Some uses VCC which are technically unverified instruments to get their paypal account verified. Some even go to the extend of providing fake address and bank account to fool the paypal system. Some may go even further by using fake details to create and verify a paypal account and then selling that account to you. All basically done through means which involved lying and tricks which inevitably which cheapens the Paypal platform and thus that is why you hear of people who have their account limited, the higher probability of frauds and chargebacks. All because of all these ways. If Paypal is not support in your country, go find another means which supports your country lawfully or else you just give paypal more reasons not to support your country.

But in case of VCC how to get your PayPal confirmation code? Since it is a virtual card not a real card you won't get statement for it. I guess.
Well, you technically need to trust the one offering you the VCC number as they would give you the Expander Use Number. In any case, if you see the technicality of a VCC, it basically is just used to fool Paypal verification system and nothing more. The one who offer you the VCC card does not even verify who you are, they just take your money and give you the number and the deal is done so you can be the world's number one terrorists and you can still get it. Besides, I seriously doubt the VCC is even issued by any bonafide bank or financial institution. Verification on Paypal means that it is a system to determine beyond a shadow of the doubt about your identity through a 3rd party means, thus the credit card is one such tool as the banks who issued them would go through the trouble of verifying your identity and financial status. A VCC is a plain mockery of the system as it is using an unverified tool to verify an account, much like a fake ID. It is the very reason why there is so much frauds on Paypal now.
I agree with you. So in this case the VCC issuer will send me the verification code. But what's about the expiry date ?!! Most of such cards come with 24-48 hours expiry date. By the time you get your verification no. the card will expire. So there will be a sticky not in your account that the CC on file is expired & you have a pending job in your paypal account to add another card. Now in this situation PayPal will surely limit the account access when you try to send the money from such account having expired CC on file. What do you say about this??
Well, like I said, I never recommended anyone to use a VCC because it defeats the purpose of verification. VCC are just scam tools. Use a real credit card like what Paypal wants you to and you will not have any issue.
Hi Sorry but u r wrong. Paypal Dont limit ur account even if card expires . it may limit ( which never happend to me) if u try to send money fomr vcc. because vcc dont have any money left after verification pp may limit u but nobody prooved it that account limited for this. thanks
Hello don't try to use vcc for paypal verification becoz it will not work and u will lose all of ur money as ur account will get limited very soon ....i m from pakistan where there is no paypal but stil i m using it.If u need any help about it PM me Regards: Arif
