Hi, I want some of your help. I asked here for a content writing, and one of DP member accepted it. my condition was. the material should be unique.. & before writing it send me a email saying the material is unique... now the guy send me articles which were copied from different pages in internet, and another with -ve points of the country i asked him to write,i gave him proof & asked to write again. & second didnt approve the -ve one. I want to run the site so cant put -ve point about that country. or about their ppls.. so I asked to make it clear and write again. then he send me the same -ve one saying that the matrials are completed.. send me the money. how can i pay, when he didnt do whay i asked for.. Now he threatens me, saying that i am a S..C.A..M & he will spoil reputation of my sites, if didnt pay... I need 2- 3 article writes to check the artickle & tell me i am right or wrong.. I am ready to pay for this work I dont know this is the place to write or not. ( if not MODs please transfer to proper place) Thanks

First : He asked me through gtalk(carefully avoiding DP) to ask me to write articles Second : He asked me to make a quote Third :He agreed on the quote as soon as I sent , no question asked.(Seems suspicious there itself) Four: He agreed he will pay in advance Five : Later he said he will pay after ten days(All proofs available with screenshot). I still trusted him Six : He told no need to complete research. Just provide a article that passes a copyscape is good enough Seven : I sent him two articles Eight : He said first one is ok. In second one he asked to remove the negative points Nine : I asked for the advance now Ten : He asked to send a request mail regarding that so that he can use it as proof Eleven : After receivin the mail, he said it will take ten days to pay me Twelve: I sent the edited second and also the third Thirteen: He said all the articles are copied and don't want to use them Fourteen: I agreed and left Fifteen : Later when I searched for copyscape, I found his site using my article Sixteen : I asked him about it and told him that I will go public. 17: Thinking smart, he started the thread before me 18: Learn from him the tricks to scam

NO they passed the copyscape. I did a he asked me to rewrite. Why I agreed and left is that, I'm person with policy that if the person doesn't want the articles, he doesn't need to pay for it. But why he agreed in the first place and even used it in his site after saying he doesn't want the articles Don't go for that job.. how cool is that trick now. Spending 2 to 3 dollars on people to show that Im wrong so that he can avoid my payment of $60. Man you are really really smart, I say.
Well I think the bottom line here is that if he used them on his site he should pay for them. If he says he cannot use them, so that he doesn't have to pay for them, then he shouldn't be using them. The point on whether or not he wanted original articles or just rewritten to pass copyscape material is moot at this point. Example: You asked for articles on blueberries and he wrote you articles on toads. You said sorry but I don't like them and cannot use them THEN you put them on your site. Well, you pay for it bottom line, no way around it, no reason to even argue. PAY THE GUY!

First person, Take the articles down and dont use them Second person, return any money you recieved (if you recieved any) Then stay out of each others way and dont do business in the future.

Buddy the issue is simple. you used the article. now whether you removed it from your site or not, you got to pay me. thats the point. You still want to beleive me into your lies and write articles for you once again and you keep on escaping with them, I'm fed up. This will be my last post in this thread. I have other works. if I don't receive the payment of $20 the article which you agreed and used on your site, then Im leavng a negative itrader for you and a nice feedback at yuvajobs regarding your scam and whatever thread you post in DP about your scam

akel: You will find no sympathy here. This was obviously a biz deal gone bad and if I was your writer I wouldn't write you another single word. You've already showed how unprofessional you are by not only posting this thread but private "chat logs" and wasting time and energy instead of talking rationally with the writer. It would probably be very easy for him to prove you used it on your site even if you already removed it (using Google cache or similiar) which would prove you scammed him so maybe you should just let it go. Like stox said: take the articles down, writer doesn't get paid but retains full rights to the work he did and never speak to each other again.

Nowhere in here does it say that he asked for a rewrite. Yes, he said to pass copyscape, but how does that give you right to assume he meant a rewrite?
