Avoid PROFITHOST.net AT ALL COSTS! Poor support! MAJOR downtimes!

Oh yeah they are terrible, dont get any hosting from profithost.

 

elscapo would you please change this thread as you know we allready have finished your problems!

 

Are you basing this on your own experiences? Or what your boss says.

We have a client base of over 2500 clients. We urge ANYONE to find more than 10 DIFFERENT unhappy clients.

We are very certain about our qualities, we admit sometimes something goes wrong, but actually posting about us and not having hosting at ours, thats kind of childish don't you think.

 

The Profit is for the clients. As you might have noticed if you would have taken a closer look, we are also providing SEO services, script installations and other services to make your website profitable.

Most of these services we even include free if you get a hosting package at ours.

 

Just so everyone knows, so far profithost.net did fix licence #1 however it doesnt say unlimited it says 45 days so I am waiting on that to be fixed.
Also, still waiting to know about my money back on licence #2

yes, well besides all that I dont really care about anything I just want my money back for the second licence, or have that money added to the hosting, also the licence that is on there now for the first licence is not unlimited its only 45 days.

If you answered your MSN we wouldnt have to talk on some forum...

 

Mate I have not heard you on msn, neither your friend "Chris".

He does talk to my friend on msn. But keep in mind we also have:

- Ticket support on site.
- Full E-Mail support.

I just cant guarantee that I am online myself all the time.

I must ask you to please not start immediately with public downsizing, slander or anything like that. Not all people using these forums are good willing people, and as you can see in some of the replies, will always try to use it for their own benefits.

 

I use profit host for my site and so far no problems. Been using them for about 1 and a half months and never had a problem with them. Just hope it continues
Even though the name might sound a bit off putting for some people they are good to deal with and offer good support for me and I don't consider them to be all about profit. That's just my personal opinion and experience of them.

 

I don't know whats wrong with you dude, but, you started the thread calling the hosting company scammer...and now, instead of asking money back and move to another host that won't make you feel like they are scammers, you want those money you spent to be credited in your hosting account? Oh well, i don't want to see you again after a month bashing for the same company.

 

If we were scammers we would not be talking in public right now

Just received a message from Profithost - Profit Host:

"Who are you, why are you saying we are a terrible host. Please provide info about what you hosted at ours and what is terrible.

We will remove you from DP if you cannot backup your claims."

What a nice way to deal with unhappy customers.

 

We would like to have your info now, so we can see wich customer you are.

If you have a problem, at least show us your ID so we can help you. You are literally commiting a crime here. You are trying to make a host look bad, while you have never been or never will be a customer.

If you do not reveal your identity soon, so we can check up if you are real, and help you, our lawyer will have you(r messages) removed from this forum. This can be done easily because there do exist laws in this part of the world. Our lawyer will decide for him self if there are other ways of showing you these actions really are not accepted.

 

It seems I received an infraction msg for "harasing" other member because of this thread. I will stop posting message now as the MOD wants me to and I believe in them and their decisions.

Well anyways regarding this matter if Jacob is going to use the remaining money to extend the hosting plan and if the licence is truly to be unlimited I do not have anything else bad to say about profithost.net at this time. I definitely can say there servers are damn fast with really good uptime!! I just wish I didnt have to come to this forum for support because I DID try all other methods of contact.

If you have another person who is on MSN more often for support that would really be good because the number one problem with your company it is that your support is really slow to deal with really critical issues and that is not just me there are other reviews online that say that. I have tried MSN, email, contact form and sadly this public forum has been the fastest response I ever had.

I am not criticizing you to defame your business I just had to do this first before I got a reaction about my important problems.

Well also you dont understand that issues can get resolved behind the scenes, unless you have something to say about profithost.net then you have nothing to add to this thread positive or negative. Also, I never said they were a scammer.

As long as the issues remain resolved then we dont have a problem and the MODS can do what they want with this thread, lock it, or whatever it doesnt matter.

This most likely will still be the quickest way to resolve things.

MSN works nice and fast, but it's still talking to one "support person" at a time, unless we would use some kind of very user unfriendly MSN Bot.

Profithost.net is down so I could not get a hold of you and now I called Hetzner and they said you never paid the bill, so whats up with that? Both our sites are down because of this.

 

I am actually 50% shareholder, and I am 22 years old

 

3 of our servers on Hetzner are down because of copyrights inflictions on one of them. Not because of any non payment. Hetzner would also never be allowed to give out this kind if information so i am unsure on how you received this.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and expect to have it solved within the next 2 hours.

Further information of the fraudulent site, wich also seemed to have double hosting accounts on the other servers can be delivered, but not on this public forum.

 

But the other one is a kid, correct?

 

So what if one of them is a kid. Think of how many kids are on here making themselves money that are 13-15 years old!
