For some reason last year i got banned from adsense. They said that i clicked my ads but i never did once. I don't know what happened. So i got a new email address this year and am submitting my site. Am i doing this the right way? What is the best way to get an adsense account again?

Adsense will reject. Try using someone else's name.

Adsense wouldn't have said you were clicking your own ads, They don't say things like that.

And you will get banned again if you are 1) signing up from the same IP 2) have the same postal address 3) have the same bank details 4) put the ads on the same sites

Do adsense ban your IP, because i signed up with different address details and they caught me :/, ok i edmit the first time i clicked my own ads, mainly cos I was new to the whole adsense thing, anyway the second time i was able to get around $30 a day through adsense, until they banned me because I had a previous account which was banned, thats there reason.

I have 1 more address which I could use, but dont want to risk it being banned also.

signing up for another account in itself is another violation of the TOS.. you would risk being banned every day...
Google is smart, but i've heard of people getting away with it by doing the following:
    1) new name
    2) new address
    3) new social security #
    4) new website
    5) new host & IP
    6) new IP to log into Adsense with
    7) new geographic location
    8) new PC
    9) change your gender

Do those simple things and you should be fine..

If I may comment on your list, you would not have to get a new computer. You should clear your cookies to ensure nothing is tracked back to your old account though. (I highly doubt they have any cookies that work like that anyway.) Gender would not matter as well.

    Flawless.

This would be the best way to go about getting back onto adsense. Make sure you dont skip a step or else you will get banned.. again.

I recently received what looks like a warning email from Google. I have no idea why they sent this. I have never clicked on my own ads. I don't use any robots, clicking tools, or any other illegal methods. I hope they sent this by mistake. It would really suck to get banned when I'm not even doing anything wrong.

The following is the email they sent.

It has come to our attention that invalid clicks have been generated on
the Google ads on your site(s). In the future, we may adjust your
payment for any days during which invalid clicks occurred in order to
properly credit advertisers for any invalid activity.

As a reminder, any method of generating invalid clicks is strictly
prohibited. Invalid clicks include but are not limited to any clicks
that are generated through the use of robots, automated clicking tools,
manual clicks by a publisher on the publisher's own web pages, or a
publisher encouraging others to click on his ads.

If you are clicking on the ads on your web pages for testing purposes,
please note that clicking on your own ads or encouraging others to do
so for any reason is prohibited, due to the potential for inflation of
advertiser costs. Please be assured that there is no need to test the
ads on your site, as our specialists review all of our ads to ensure
that they meet Google's advertising standards.

If you would like to visit the destination of an ad to view its content
or to add it to your filter list, you can use the AdSense Preview Tool,
    available here:

    https://www.google.com/adsense/previewtool?hl=en_US

The Google AdSense preview tool is an addition to the right-click menu
for Windows Internet Explorer 6.x, allowing you to preview the ads that
may show on any web page. Clicks and impressions from the preview tool
are not applied to the advertiser's account. You can click through to
the target site without worrying about invalid clicks being generated
on your account, and without costing the advertiser for your test
    clicks.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reply to this email. We
will be happy to help in any way we can.

    Sincerely,

    The Google Team

You wont get your account back, you are against TOS. I try this before, afer I make 85 bucks, they banned me. Dont do something that you already know that wont work. Do like what have tearabite said.

I got banned from adsense last year for click fraud.

And yes, I was clicking my ads. Everyday at work I would do 1 click on my ads and 1 search and I would click the top search sponsored result.
I told friends and family and they did the same, so I got banned they said I could never get another acct.

But since I moved and got a new laptop and website, I thought I should try again. They approved me and I have not clicked my ads.

Then I thought they will surely pick up on my social #.

Never the less I kept hope alive, I got $209 from Google 2 days ago I'm glad they gave me another chance.

I think it is because there are so many new companies that provide the same service that they are willing to get publishers back, but they can never say this openly because it might hinder there reputation with there clients.

So get a new site, address, and ip and you should be fine.

    It worked for me.

    Good Luck! :)

The only option I see is to get another person in your family or a friend to open an account. Of course, you will need to work out arrangement with tthem because they are opening an account on your behalf. They will also need to list their own bank account, address, etc.

Changing host&ip may be not neccessary. As you see ,many websites are hosted on shared hosting using the same IP.

a person who is banned from the adsense is not allowed to join the adsense network again.

if you join adsense again with different name, it's possible to be banned again because of the relation between a banned account
