What is better: Alexa Rank or high PR ?

    I will go to PR coz if you got high PR it means the site got strong backlinks.

    If you are onto Traffic, alexa rank is far more better, but if you're onto building links then go for PR. but don't get obsessed on getting high on those because it still how you optimize your site that is important.

    i got some PR3 domains and PR0 domains also with traffic, Alexa Rank is more better in estimation of the potential value of a domain, agree High PR means more BL, but that doesnt mean everything.

    High traffic which is regular only can be verified by Alexa rating.So in this context definitely Alexa ranking is a better way of weighing a site's worth.

    IMHO bot h are useless. PR is not related to seach engine ranking or search engine traffic. And alexa rank only measure the number of visitors that have the alexa toolbar installed. Id rather got for SERPs :D

    Slexa is crap / PR is just a number

    All it counts are the Rankings and a good backlink/linpopularity
