    Before you start offering a new service how about finishing the one I paid for.

    You said you would finish it in one week, two weeks ago. I paid nearly 4 weeks ago.

    Sir, I am very calm. Its just your company appears not to be living up to your companies deadlines, set out by yourselfs for my order.

    A pm would not have gone a miss just to tell me of your delays on keeping said deadline.

    I am posting on behalf of future customers because if you have not completed my order after 4 weeks how long will it take you to complete their orders? :eek:

    I think depending on just one customer is not a good thing. You may go and ask other customers as well. Most of the orders are completed within 20 mins to 1 day not more than that
