Logo header contest: Win $100

I am looking for a cool logo for my domain: myeggnoodles.com (My Egg Noodles)

I was thinking of the Words made out of, yep, egg noodles with chilly and other ingredients around it. I'm also open to other suggestions.

Feel free to design a mock up, the mock up I like best or think could turn into the best will win $100 after completion.

I also have more creative artwork projects like this one, so if I find a cool designer I will give you more work on a per project basis.

Well, I just digged the thread n found it was not an accedent, the guy is still not paid, I know it doesnt sound good.
May be bangers you should see the contest run by protein dude, he paid one of trusted member in advance and see the response he is getting in the contest.

I didn't participate on DP since that, but have just come back. You will notice the Itrader is level now after recieving some new feedback, I hope to ramp this up over the next week or so as DP is very valuble.

If you are in doubt, please move onto the next contest. I'm here to stay and will not knock anybody. You can learn more about me by visiting my blog, which is my personal blog with a loyal readership. If I was out to just knock people then I would not disclose my personal blog here. (Plus, I'd of just started a new account here on DP!)

I was actually hoping the text (my eggnoodles.com) would be made out egg noodles. with a splash of soy sauce, a chilly etc.

I hope this gives everyone more of an idea of what I'm after

 

quick mockup to see if you like the direction this is headed. (the font was the closest I could find to something that looks like noodles )

 

Hi Spyral - It's not bad but doesn't really look like egg noodles! What I'm thinking that may have to be done is actually cooking some egg noodles up, laying them out on a plate with good lighting etc. and work from there - with real chilly, garlic, soy sauce etc. I also like the idea of the chop sticks

Ok, to clear some confushion! Since seeing the designs, I know what what I want: I'm after someone to actually use real egg noodles for the logo, layed out onto a plate, shot in the right lighting etc. I think this will really capture what I'm looking for, rather than doing it digitally. What do you guys think?

 

I think I'm going to go play with some egg noodles.. sounds fun

 

K - keep in mind, these aren't cooked and the lighting isn't superb. But it's an idea of what it would look like. Let me know if it's in the right direction and I'll cook em up
