I don't understand. What do you mean by "unpresented"? My understanding of "unpresented" is that the payee (you) have not presented the cheque to the bank for payment.
I guess he mean to say his check from Google got bounced.. there could be many reasons... they sent you the check and after they detected click fraud on your account.. so they stopped the check..
This has happened a few times, usually because on of Google's many small bank accounts was closed right after the check was sent out. It happens all the time with mega-corps. Google the phrase google bounced check and you'll see that it's generally not because of adsense fraud or being banned or anything nefarious like that. Also see: http://mobilejones.com/2007/07/17/google-adsense-nonsense-final-chapter/ MJ had a visit by Matt Cutts on her blog and eventually they were able to straighten things out. I would suggest: *Contacting Adsense support *Sending a certified letter with your concerns *Try depositing the check in your bank account if you haven't already (Google checks are deposit-only)
Why is everyone so quick to sue ? I mean it could be that you may not have complied to your bank's policy on deposits, the bank assumed the check was foreign or there is just a small misunderstanding on Google's part. Have you contacted Google and tell them about the situation and have them send you a replacement check as yet ? There may be a possibly that the check was stopped because of illegal clicks or something to that nature. Being them to court would sour relationships and it will inevitably cost you more in legal fees and time for an issue which is easily resolved. Well, the thing is that if people start sitting down and talking to each other, we would not have so much misunderstanding and violence in the world and the world would be a happier place to be in.
I've done this many times, First you go down the bank, Second yu go to the cashiare. And 3rd you say ' Hi, the check I just sent out to this client id is invalved please cancel it'
