all you need to do is create your new account from a different machine - going to a library or internet cafe is enough. just as long you create your a/c from a machine with a different IP address than your old a/c

you only need to do this once - once the a/c is created then you can log in from anywhere you need

BUT....you then need to think about bank accounts etc

AND....were you really generating enough income via google adsense to go through all this trouble?

i used to have google adsense and got banned also. BUT i never once clicked on any ads. i appealled but google is god, so they shut me down.

the point is....google adsense, whilst its a good way to make some income can be taken from you very quickly. you should consider alternative way(s) of generating income online

Thank you sadhivm most informative post so far.

Your right about something being taken away from you very quickly. The thing is i have created account for other people from home with the same banned IP address an it has worked! I don't knwo why?!?!?

What other alternatives would you advise me on? (PPC)

    Thanks again for your post

They're not banned yet, they might get banned. Its not unknown for someone to get banned months after a wrongdoing, doesnt matter to google as long as they ban you before they pay out.

Ah, thats going to be a problem. I am not going to bother working hard for nothing. I must seek other ppc! Any ideas?

Also i hope Google doesn't have a black and they start passing it around! I am quite sure they will be themselves breaking a few laws on the way.

Before Google banned you, did they contact you in anyway? I've been in contact with Google to have them check my sites to make sure I'm not violating their terms. I would hate to think that Google doesn't work with it's publishers when there may be questionable activity. If my account is generating invalid clicks I want to know about it so I can do something about it. Sure there are people who are out to cheat, but I'm going to assume this is not majority of publishers.

I hear stories all the time where people say their account was shut down without notice. I actually blogged about it a couple times on my site. I don't trust these stories because they are biased. I work for a company and hear customer's saying they never received our multiple emails when I can actually log into their account and see the emails. People will say whatever is in their best interest and puts them in the best light possible. You're rarely going to have someone say "Yeah I'm a computer tech and installed a bot on all my customers machine to automatically click on my ads. It was working like a charm and I was making 5 figures a month. Now I've been banned. It's just not fair".

If any of my sites are getting invalid clicks Google has a responsibility to let me know. I can then research my logs to determine where the invalid clicks are originating and which sites are getting them. I can either block the IP address that's causing the invalid clicks or remove adsense completely until a satisfactory resolution can be found. I have no interest in cheating advertisers out of their money. Click fraud is as big of a problem for publishers as it is for advertisers. Google doesn't seem to realize this and reacts to the best interest of the advertiser with no consideration of the publisher.

He already said that he tried to cheat adsense. He said that he tried to get more money by clicking it himself, so google did do the fair thing.

Yes you can use your friend's details but remember it is going to affect his tax return and that is not a long term strategy....If you get a new site, register a small business and get a EIN...you can get back in...I've done it with a few people and it worked.....

Getting back into adsense with a small business and an EIN

Thanks, your right, i did try and cheat. Got burned (lost $20 :p) i've learnt my lesson. I want to start afresh and not piss about again.

Why doesn't google find it in their hearts and give me back my account? (Rhetorical Question) ;)

First I must congratulate you about being honest here to admit that you did wrong -- it does need courage to admit in public

Regarding your question in quote above, may be you would like to refer here

Though, I am yet to see a case personally, where Google banned without any reason (Though I have heard of few cases here), I strongly feel, ideal situation is where you can have other streams of income contributing about 60% of your total revenue. Selling links, getting some paid reviews thru some sites or other affiliate schemes that suit your site

What type of site did you apply with?

I think you have no idea what are you talking about...
It is annoying how people who does not know anything about it start to spread axioms.
I make much more money from my parked domains that i have done using adsense or anything else, simply because my ctr is 80% at domain parking and the cpc is the same.
