I'd love to try and help, but everytime I try and view the site, it times out with this error "Server Error in '/LolCats' Application." If you wanted to, you could always try and describe the site to me and I'll see what I can do.

Hmm, yeah, the site seems to be down. Basically users upload images and then add captions to the pic using a basic interface and then they can save them or copy the pic. I'll PM you with how I'd like to develop it. Just for reference I'm going to use a friend to design the layout and logo etc, so it's really just the script I need developed and probably the whole thing coded if possible, although I some of my friends can do that I guess. PM'd all those who have responded so far. *edit* I refreshed the site a few times and it was working again.
