    Well depending on the country you are from but in my country you have to at least deposit some cash along with your checks for your initial deposit.

    If you want to open an bank account in the usa,you should in us,18+ old...I tried to own an bank account in the usa,and finially i got a CC and a paypal account.

    Are we on a planet that has just one bank!!!! This isn't Plant Zeekois, right!!!! :D Hint: Go to da bank you want to open an account with, and ask them. Or...Pick up da phone + press numbers + talk = get answer!!! :D

    er, in da USA you can be a kid and get a bank account!!!

    but i dont think you can open one with a cheque!...you open and then deposti the cheque..thats how it is usually ;-)
