    Indian mobile number format is 5 digit operator code followed by the actual 5 digit code. so this number is all zeroes.

    id say the person is actually out of their minds..i have seen ETR(easy to remember) numbers for a lot less!

    like this number 555555(middle east)...

    like around 100K, i dont get it..whats the fascination behind it! better get a luxury yacht or a private jet :)
