Wow ok, I just looked at the site... My post before, citing 150-180 value, is way off... I'd recommend putting a few dollars into design, then asking for more appraisals... There are plenty of people here that will design a great logo for $5-$10, that could be your first step...
No im putting a lot of money in it, paying SEO companies. Im going to get it up to 1000 uniques a day and then sell it. Possibly keep it, if it helps my adsense a lot.
Yeah, note though that Forums generally have a low CTR, so its hard sometimes to profit from Google Adsense,.. but rather through link selling.

I think that really depends on what else you can offer. Traffic is important, but you also need to quite revenue and quality of the website.
You can try to get 5k uniques a day, but no one will be posting. Your forum is infested with nothing but spam bots. It looks to most rational people like the forum admin doesn't give a hoot about the forum, so why would they join and post? Clean the forum up, get some threads going, some good discussion, and then try to drive tons of traffic to it.
The traffic doesn't mean much if you don't have many quality posts. Right now concentrate on the posts.
I'll give you a dollar for it............lol but seriously someone could have somethings similar to that in about a week and under 20$.
