I am a writer by profession and make a living with writing a few articles a day. But i m badly in need of starting something that can help me earn some money.. either through article writing or through some other means.

What should i do? i have a large database of articles with me but m not able to find buyers for it.

I would outsource full time, for a monthly fee for so many articles a mo/.

I have seen this done and thought it is a fantastic idea. Good luck

That would be a simple route that works for many; build a website, add your articles and make money on ads. Some peeps make six digits a year with that formula, if you're hoping for easy money.

Check with few freelancer sites like elance.com/guru.com and payperpost.com as well, I think you may get some writing job there.

Make a website using your articles. The articles will dictate the niche.

Start freelancing on the Internet. If you want to use a website you have created as a sample of your expertise and work, make sure the articles on the website are representative of your quality (no more no less).

This should be a good start and you can make some ok money this way.

Take some of your lesser quality articles and submit them to article databases for publicity and SEO (it can help but don't expect too much).

Use some of your best work to create a PLR article site and sell limited quantities (copies) of your work for people to use online and in print.

Should get you off to a good start.

Find your niche. Very narrow and specific, which is interesting for you personally. Maybe some 3 topic, buy domains ($25), create blogs ($20 for hostins) and setup AdSense blocks. Then write 5 articles into each blog, and write 1 very interesting. The strongest articles post into the social networks, register in the Stumbleupon and participate in the stumble exchanges. Constantly renew blogs, by this scheme above; you should gain the audience and organic links to your blogs. Good luck!

What's your passion? Consider your knowledge and experience too. That should help dictate your niche. You'll write better articles and be happier too. Ultimately, it'll reflect in your work and energy and you'll hopefully have the drive to see the venture through to success.

Specific area articles should do quite well, health, travel, and tutorials are some pretty common articles to write on. However, Tutorials on making Purple Ceramic Frogs probably isn't going to appeal to many, if any, webmasters.

My recommendation is if you want to continue writing, go to the Buy, Sell, and Trade section and find webmasters looking for specific articles and do projects for them. You might find that you can use some ofy our articles for a few of the requests if they aren't looking for something extremely specific.

The problem with the Buy, Sell & Trade section is that there are a lot of writers who offer dirt cheap rates and they claim their articles to be original. However, there are lots of genuine ones too and i wanna stay away from that rat race for the moment. My idea is to build up something more appealing to all those who are looking for unique and innovative researched content..
