My new free Waikey Directory

    worked on it and got it run now~ some details are under modifying~~~~

    It's new and free, no PR yet~ No recip is required, but i'll very appriciate if you add recip for me~~

    edit: I've set up a directory topsite: http://top.waikey.com/

    everybody who run a directory site can rank your site on this new toplist~
