Mp3 Portal is that a big thing to ask?

    Well I want make a site where users can download MP3 and Admins and others can upload. Even a system where people can download is good enough. Does anyone have such sort of script or does anything like this exist?

    It's only illegal if you're uploading files you don't have the right to upload. These kinds of things exist for independent bands for example, where the bands choose to upload and share their own music. That's perfectly legal as long as the copyright holder uploads it.
