CJ Help Needed!!!!! Urgent!

I'm thinking that cj is BSING me with this. I've had over 400 click to an email submit and only 1 conversion! Is there some delay is reporting? Does the advertiser have to "report" the earnings to cj? If so how long does it take?

By the way this way high quality PPC traffic, so its not junk.

What advertiser is this (I'm not aware of email submits on CJ), and does this advertiser report in batch transactions (see the advertiser detail page for info on whether they do or not). Batch transfers can take a while.

Why don't you do the e-mail submit yourself and see if it shows up. Then you'll know if you just targeted incorrectly or not. Why guess?

    '

The advertiser is rewards gateway and they don't do batch transactions.

I asked my friend to do it and it didn't show up. Whatever, I dropped those guys anyways..

That's a bitch. Hate when leads don't track.

I'm also having the same problem - 200+ clicks and no leads.

I was getting suspicious so I asked a couple of people I know (Americans) to click though and submit their email addresses - the required action, so the conditions claim.

Still not a single lead showing up.

I have emailed Rewards Gateway and CJ. No response yet.

Here's an interesting tidbit: Rewards Gateway and CJ are owned by the same company.

So now I'm getting suspicious and looking closer at my other advertisers. They are under-reporting clicks for sure, and I went through a program and 24 hours later - no credit on my account for it.

What the hell is going on with these people? Is this normal for them?

This racket is tough enough without Commission Junction ripping us off!!

I hesitate to use the word "scam" but I don't know what else you could call it...

Hi Steve and welcome to DP. You must have done some digging to find this thread for your first post. It's close to 2 years old and it's kind of funny but the same questions are still coming up.

I don't think CJ or Rewards Gateway is ripping anyone off. We've ran several campaigns with them and haven't had any problems. They're very permissive/progressive when it comes to incentive programs and are great with getting the exact link and landing page you need for a specific campaign. They'll make a new one for you in a heart beat.

On the other hand, if your sitting in front of your computer stuffing emails, that's different. Even if your an incentive/special program they don't have to accept the traffic. Unless your web site description under incentive/special program states that the traffic and leads are coming from the same computer, your out of luck. I believe they just accept 1 lead per IP address per day unless your accepted with the terms mentioned about the traffic, leads and the same computer.

If you want to work with them contact them about a campaign. Try giving away T-shirts, points or something. After the visitor has filled out your entry form and clicked the button send them to an email verification page created by Rewards. Of course you'll have to send someone a T-Shirt every month and you might be required to provide documentation to keep Rewards comfortable in a legal manner, but that's just one of the ways the game is played.

    Good luck to you.

Dig - yes. I don't think I am unjustified to be a little paranoid when I *know* that valid leads are not being credited to my account.

If the ones that I know about -for sure- are not coming through, how many others are not coming through?

I had someone in Texas do is as well as someone in Nevada. I am no where near either of those places. IP addresses cannot possibly be the problem.

And in order for them to work with me they would first need to respond to my emails.
