WiiStop.com With Wii Theme and Unique Content - Only $500

    Hi everyone. I bought the domain name www.WiiStop.com a few weeks ago, spent a great deal of time finding a good theme, installed Wordpress, added a lot of content to the site, and even bought a custom header.

    Now, I'm ready to sell the site.

    At the moment, the site is PR0. However, I have OVER 200 backlinks on Yahoo! and I also have bought links from www.think-wii.com and www.wiiplus.net so you can expect a nice jump in PR. I would predict a PR4, and possibly a PR5.

    Included with the sale of the site is another unique theme I purchased (it is coded also into XHTML/CSS, but not Wordpress). This theme can be viewed here.

    The site has seen 566 unique visitors so far this July. It picks up a few SE visits per day, and StumbleUpon keeps wanting to send traffic for some reason.

    Anyways, starting bid is $250, with a BIN of $500.

    Remember, the domain WiiStop.com is PERFECT for a Wii site. It's a highly brandable and quite expensive Wii domain.

    The domain is going to be at LEAST PR3 by the next update, with a 50/50 chance of a PR4. Furthermore, I've spent hours finding a design, I've written some content, gotten indexed, you'll get another unique Wii theme, and you've got a solid ground for what could be one of the best Wii sites out there. I also feel the domain is worth a decent penny, because of the brandability.

    some questions before I consider to buy that site:

    do you stumbled all pages?
    how many unique blogs?
    how about copyright for the banner? (your are using a lot of protected characters)
    the second theme is incl. a .psd?

    Links are like $13/month, and I just paid for another month.

    Domain is registered at GoDaddy. Free push to your account. I stumbled a few pages, that is it. I bought the header on here for $5, haven't had any copyright problems.The second theme is a PSD as well as a coded theme. You'll get both copies.

    I understand. Please realize that the domain WiiStop.com would be worth a decent dollar, even if it didn't come with a PageRank guarantee or a unique site.
