Hi i ve got some hard earned money in my paypal..and i really wanted to verify my account so this is my present situation. 1- I am an unverified non US paypal member 2- I ve applied for HDFC debit card and which i got some days before and they said i have to wait for 3-4 months to get their Credit card. 3-I ve requested some of my money via check as non verified member how long can i expect that check to come here at delhi NCR do i need to worry about my check as i am non verified paypal member...the check was issued around 11 july. The main question ? Can i verify my account using HDFC netsafe card ...and i ve online access to my account..via netbanking Anyone here at DP ever used that netsafe card for paypal verification... IMO it is safe becoz it will be from my account ...and i will have all details about the transaction...can i find the expuse no. in the online statements or i have to call the support. and do you recommend VCC which are selling here at DP ... i ve only 2$ sending limit left.... Any Indian member willing to help me...after verification i also want to exchange paypal to INR ...i am also ready to give some commission.. any help will be appreciated ..
shashank, you have asked so many questions Anyway you will get your paypal check within 30-45 days period of time max after issued date. There is no need to worry about check as you have unverified paypal account. Only problem is you can withdraw only $500 per month and $3000 for lifetime through your unverified indian account. Who told you that you'll get credit card from hdfc bank after 3-4 months You will get it within a month or max one and half month IMO. DON.
@deluxdon very much thanks clarifying about the check to india thing..it was a breather for me.. acutally i am not salaried still doing my engg ...so they don't offer cc to new accounts ..or they want LIC one year old policy or tax returns which i don't have.. still many questions left...
Get the account in the name of your parents, and use their credit card to verify the account. Your check will come - do not worry about that. No discrimination just because you are an unverified member. You could go for a VCC, but the real purpose of verification is defeated.......
@gr8liverpoolfan Then again i ve wait for 1-2 months i ve already waited for one month ... after reading all other threads here on DP for more than one hour... i decided to use the HDFC netsafe card and now i am verified paypal member.. Why i think HDFC netsafe is safe for verification : if later paypal want any proof then you can give them your all your hdfc account details .. and the vcc card no is accesible any on netsafe online account... i am too happy that i got my paypal account verified .. if anybody wants any help regarding netsafe i would love to help you .. now looking for paypal to INR exchange...plz pm me ...
Now if you have your own verified paypal account then why search for paypal to INR exchange Use xoom for money transfer from your verifed paypal account to INR (direct deposit in your bank account or through check).

Yes you can use xoom for india to india transfer. They allow $1000 max transfer in 24 hours per account and total of $3000 per month per account. Few days back someone posted this coupon code here don't know it's still working or not Coupon code is "crm91".

XOOM takes 5-7 days normally to complete their transaction . the bank TPO may day an additional 3-5 business day to process and credit the cheque to your account.
Hi Shashank I am excatly in the same meddle as you were. Paypal is not allowing me to withdraw funds as an unverifed user though the total withdrawal amount is still showing 1350 US$ Could you help me with what is Netsafe ? I dont have account with HDFC, but I have one with SBS and BOB. I have applied for BOB silver card yesterday, god knows whether I will get from them. Thanks gopalgkb

yes you can ....but when you are having a business account then you should apply for a real credit card..just my suggestion..
