How accurate is leapfish.com's appraisals?

Just curious, because I did a few on there and they were giving pretty generous appraisals. Anyone else use it? How accurate is the free appraisal?

Also, does anyone get professional domain appraisals done? Are they worth it? Does it help them sell? I know godaddy.com does them for $5.99 for a decent one or $14.99 for a really thorough one and you get a certificate with it. I have a few domains that I think are VERY valuable but I want to explore my best options to sell the domain and I know an accurate appraisal would definately help.

That's not really true. An appraisal can say your domain is worth thousands but if a buyer doesn't like your domain or think its worth reg fee, the appraisal is not going to change my mind.
Likewise, if I really like your domain , I will pay good money to buy it even if some appraiser says it is not worth much.

Them & any other free or paid appraisals sites are a joke. Use it only for novelty purposes only
