I really like it... I don't know what it would be worth, but it's easy to remember, and the Z is popular with young webbers... What are you going to develop it into? PS. it could also be marketed as iZIT, maybe an acne information site or something...
LOL to your zit idea! Then I could submit my spammie acne site to thousands of free directories and send unsolicited emails to millions and millions of people! Probably could make money at that, but I'd rather do nothing with it then that my friend. I tend to think of IT (info tech), which is industry I was in for 18 years. izIT and 'is it dot com?' (izit.com?) and stick with Web related venture. Frankly, I love the brand so much I'm frozen because I want to do it justice when I roll something out. I put up a directory that is unopened just to give it some "air".

I would advise you to join NamePros forum (if you already aren't a member there) and get some expert advice there. I think the domain has high value, but I'm not sure. I'm not such domainer. Good luck!
